Who Can Resist a Frenchie?

Although we have no new Frenchie puppies -  Zephyr and Karmann have been bred, expecting pups in September 2010.

Frenchies are sturdy little dogs with large, bat-like ears and pug noses. Coloring is fawn, pied and red or black brindle. Average height is about 12" at the shoulders and there are 2 weight classes: 19 to 22 pounds and 22 to 28 pounds.

Playful, affectionate, curious and alert, this breed can run and play for hours. They need companionship - human or other kennel-mates - and in fact will not thrive without it. Often bonding strongly to one person, Frenchies can be good with children especially when raised with them from puppyhood.

Meet Libby

Libby LuFrom time to time, a puppy comes along that really grabs your heart.  Libby Lu was one of those pups.  She's now at home in Dallas and she's just as much of a joy for her new dad as she was for us!

Debbie Bryant from thankdogphotography.com was commissioned by Libby's dad to shoot some photos of Libby and Debbie was kind enough to share.

Debbie says "Smushie face!   Sweet little Miss Libby Lu is too too cute.  A young’un – just about a year now – and full of personality.  She’s a natural in front of the camera (I wonder if it’s because her home is amazing – it’s like she lives in an awesome design magazine!).  Her eyes adoringly follow her daddy around – and he dotes on her (check out the blinged out collar).  With a face like hers, can you blame him?  Who could resist?"

Meet Oscar!

Here's a cute video of one of our Frenchie pups posted by his new owners.
